Carol Mates

Carol received her training from Just for Health Reflexology School located in Denver, Colorado. Carol is a member of the Association of Reflexologists of Colorado and the International Reflexology Association and continues her education in conjunction with the American Reflexology Certification Board.

Carol’s philosophy is that everyday stresses can cause imbalances in the body resulting in a host of ailments. She maintains that regular reflexology sessions restore the body to its natural state of balance and health. Carol provides the body a “tune up” by working from its physical foundation – the feet.
